“Chris is genuinely one of the kindest people we have ever met, and we truly do not know what we would have done without him over these past five years.
When we rescued our Romanian dog, Dante, he was extremely troubled and anxious. In the beginning, he would barely walk to the corner of the road. Thanks to Chris’ patience, calmness and unbelievable understanding of dogs, Dante has slowly transformed into a completely different dog. Now he happily goes on two hour walks with confidence, something we genuinely never thought possible. We genuinely think Dante’s BFF is Chris, he will know when he’s close by and even when hiding under the bed because he is having a bad day, he will come out woofing away, excited to go out for a walk.
Dante listens to him in a way he listens to nobody else. Around Chris, he is calm, obedient and completely at ease. He trusts him unconditionally.
But beyond being an exceptional dog walker, Chris is simply an exceptional person. He has been there through so many stages of our lives and throughout everything he has always been thoughtful and genuinely invested in all of us, not just Dante.
He has the kindest heart and is truly one of those rare people who makes life better just by being in it. We trust him completely, and anyone would be incredibly lucky to have him care for their dog.

“Chris came recommended to us by another dog owner who called him “the dog whisperer”, and honestly - he is. Our dog Enzo is a German shepherd rescue cross and was pretty anxious when we got him, and Chris has been completely amazing with him.
Enzo is better behaved and more relaxed with him than with anyone else in the world, and we are gutted to see Chris move away after 3 amazing years. Chris is generous with his time, in his care for his dogs,
he’s highly responsible and very knowledgeable, and the dogs worship him. He’s also incredibly accommodating and has gotten us out of a bind more than once. Lucky the future dogs (and their owners) that will get the chance to experience it!! We could not recommend him more highly.”

“It's hard to put into words how indispensable Chris has been. He has been both the fun uncle and the nurturing uncle to our dog Shiloh, who has come along leaps and bounds from their walks.
All you have to do is say "Chris", and Shiloh will run to the window because they've developed a true friendship from their time together.
He is someone we trust greatly, and the pictures from his walks make me want a career change.
And most importantly, when they've had a walk, our dog is absolutely knackered, so we can have an often much-needed break.”

What sets Chris apart is how genuinely wonderful he is with our dog – it's never felt like just a job to him. He keeps us updated regularly with beautiful, high-quality photos so we always know our little guy is in great hands.
But what really shows just how thoughtful Chris is: he's been helping us prepare our dog for international travel by getting him comfortable travelling in a crate, and he even plays ambient flight sounds during car journeys to help him get used to the experience! It's exactly the kind of above-and-beyond care you just don't expect, and it's made a real difference.

“Chris is a terrific dog walker, and wonderful human. For years he dealt with our two Romanian rescues with ease, despite their differing reactivity and needs, and when other dog walkers refused our requests.
He paired them with suitable dogs, avoided flash points, and gave them such satisfying walks. Chris is also very dependable, and a delightful person to hang out with (if you’re lucky enough!).
We are sad he’s leaving London, but we know another dog owning community will be wonderfully served.”

“Chris walked my Australian Shepherd Taika two to three times a week for a yea, and I couldn’t have asked for a more reliable, trustworthy dog walker. Taika is a high-energy, active dog who needs proper exercise and engagement, and Chris always made sure he came home happily worn out.

“Ronnie our border collie absolutely loves going out with Chris. Super excited at the door. Chris manages Ronnie and other dogs he goes out with really well. Ronnie comes back tired and happy after going out as a group.
Ronnie is great off lead, and Chris let's him off lead while keeping other dogs on lead, so trusts owners to know their dogs.
Always get lovely photos while out on their walks in Epping Forest. Chris is super helpful n even came in his own time to use our spare keys he has to unlock our door in an emergency.
Ronnie and we can't recommend Chris highly enough. Your dog will thank you.”

“We've had Chris walking our Bernese, Rolo (Casserole), for the last three years and honestly we're gutted he's moving on. From the very first walk it was clear he actually gets dogs - not in a performative way, just genuinely. Berners overheat easily and Rolo is a champion "potato" (his word for flopping down mid-walk to take in his surroundings), and Chris just rolls with it. He carries a spare bottle of water everywhere because Rolo drinks an absolutely absurd amount, and he's never once made it feel like a hassle. Rolo lights up when Chris arrives - he is, without question, Rolo's favourite person, and that's not something we say lightly.
Beyond the walks, Chris has housesat for us multiple times and we trust him completely with our home and our dog, which is not a small thing to say. He's a musician, and we've come home more than once to stories of him serenading Rolo on the sofa, which is exactly the kind of person he is. Reliable to a fault, kind to his core, brilliant with a big stubborn breed, and the sort of dog walker you stop thinking of as a dog walker and start thinking of as a friend. Three years and I genuinely can't remember him cancelling on us once. If you're reading this trying to decide whether to book him - just do it.
Whoever gets him next is extremely lucky, and Rolo, Sophie and I are going to miss him enormously (but hopefully he'll swing by for Rolo's next birthday!)”

“Chris is more than a dog walker! He's become a close friend and even more so, like family. Rosie, my 5 kg Havanese, has thrived under his care for almost six years, since she was a puppy. She’s faced health and anxiety challenges, but with Chris’s steady, loving guidance she’s grown into a confident, joyful girl. He truly knows how to nurture her: patient, attentive, encouraging, and endlessly kind.
Rosie lights up the moment she hears his voice, and her happiness shines every time she returns from their walks. Chris creates a social, enriching routine with her pack, bringing in new adventures, interesting sniffing opportunities, and lots of good times (even down at the pub). Getting his photos, videos and hilarious commentary from every walk makes my day. Thanks to him, Rosie enjoys a rich, well-rounded life and a bond with him that I'm incredibly grateful for.

“We can’t recommend Chris enough.. we first used his services when our baby was due and he took such good care of our teenage labradoodle at short notice. He sent pictures and updates, and now as her regular walker is a clear favorite of hers.
He always towels her off after a rainy walk and comes prepared with water and treats.
Since she’s been walking with Chris she’s also lost some of her excess weight - she is much fitter.
She now runs to the door in anticipation when we tell her Chris is here. Thank you Chris!!

“Chris was absolutely the best choice we could have made for Daisy’s last few years. There were very few people I could completely trust with her, but Chris was one of them. Knowing she was in his hands was a huge relief whenever I was at work or away from the house.
Something that always comes to mind is how deeply observant he was during Daisy's final months. He noticed small changes in her energy and the way she moved around the world. Because he was always completely in tune with her, he was able to adapt her routine perfectly. Over time, long walks turned into cozy pub trips, which Daisy was absolutely overjoyed by. Any excuse for a treat and a pat.
I am forever grateful to Chris for his kindness and the wonderful companionship he provided for our sweet girl. I’m absolutely gutted he’s moving on but excited for his next adventure.
